Terms & Conditions for Festive AOV Offer:

1. The SHANKARA “Festive AOV Offer” is a promotional offer in which customers will get FREE Festive gifts worth up to Rs 4000 on the SHANKARA Website.
2. No Coupon Code is required.
3. This offer is run by Sri Veda Sattva Pvt. Limited (SHANKARA Division) (“SHANKARA”).
4. The Festive AOV Offer will commence on 3^rd October 2024, 10 am. It will continue till 31^st October 2024, 11:59 pm, or such other date and time as SHANKARA may decide at its sole discretion (“Term of Festive AOV Offer”).
5. The SHANKARA Festive AOV Offer is open to persons above 18 years only and residing within India.
6. SHANKARA reserves the right to cancel the orders placed by Eligible Users if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or due to any system error.
7. Any Activity / Tool used or done to get discounts without making the actual purchase will be considered fraudulent and deceitful and will be cancelled.
8. The SHANKARA Discounts/Offers are Non-Transferable, Non-Negotiable, and Non-Encashable.
9. No other Gift Cards, Coupons or discounts will be clubbed together. Loyalty points, Referral codes, and Discounts will not apply to these products.
10. If a person is found to be placing multiple orders to avail of multiple gifts/discounts, then the order will be cancelled. In case multiple orders are placed and found eligible in both, only the first Order placed during the offer time will be eligible for Free gifts/Discounts.
11. If a person is found to be placing a bulk order that order will be cancelled.
12. All orders for Specified Products placed pursuant to the Festive AOV Offer are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
